1. Appointment Booking Policy

Digital bookings created via our website's booking forms represent scheduling requests only. Your appointment slot is confirmed only when a clinic administrator contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to finalize the schedule and check consulting physician availability.

2. OPD Timings & Punctuality

We ask all patients to arrive at the clinic at least 15 minutes before their confirmed consulting slot. While we make every attempt to prevent delays, urgent emergency procedures or surgeon schedules might cause waiting times to vary slightly.

3. Accurate Information Required

When requesting an appointment, you agree to provide truthful and accurate contact numbers, ages, and general health reasons. Providing false mobile contacts or spam entries will result in automatic slot cancellation.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Lotus Clinic holds no responsibility for schedules delayed or cancelled due to emergencies, sudden doctor unavailability, power disruptions, or natural occurrences. We will do our utmost to notify you in advance to re-schedule.

5. Modifying Terms

Lotus Clinic reserves the right to modify these operational guidelines and website terms at any point without prior notice. Continued use of our booking tools implies full acceptance of modified terms.
